Gluten and wheat free soft multigrain loaf

This soft, tasty bread has been baked using quinoa, chestnut, sorghum and sourdough, delivering a high nutritional value which is also high in fibre. This loaf is also jam packed with seeds - including linseed and sunflower! We take great pride over what goes into our bread, as well as what doesn’t. Which is why our loaves do not contain any artificial preservatives.

This product has been certified to be low in FODMAPs under the Monash University Low FODMAP Certification Programme.

Ingredients:

maize starch , sourdough 20% 25% (rice flour, water) , water , rice flour , sunflower seeds 6,6% , linseed 6,6% ,vegetable fibre (psyllium) , quinoa flour 2,9% , apple extract , sorghum flour 2,6% , yeast , sunflower oil ,thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ; chestnut flour 1,0% , salt , caramelized sugar . May contain traces of soy and lupine . LACTOSE FREE (lactose<0.007g/100g).
