These little gems are left on the vine to ripen allowing the natural sugars to develop to give you that burst of flavour. They are also high in vitamin A, C and calcium. Select fruit with good quality skin and store at room temperature to give you the true sweet taste. Perfect for a snack on the run, kids lunch boxes, or try seasoning, baking then tossing in a fry pan and adding your favourite pasta. With both the yellow and red the same price this week, why not mix and match to give that salad not only great flavour but a burst of colour.
