“As those of you who read our newsletter would be aware I write every week about the fruit and veg we sell, what is good, sometimes what avoid, but always fruit or veg.
This week, I would like to diverge from that and recommend a new meat product that we have just started to sell. The product is a ten-hour slow roasted shoulder of lamb from the Stanley Street Kitchen in the Victorian Goldfields. All the work has been done for you, it just needs to go in the oven or in a barby for 45 minutes and its ready to go. It is moist, tender and ready to go.
These shoulders are right up there with our premium products, think KP mangoes, Mountain Blueberries and Heirloom tomatoes. Easily found in our meat section, they are in a blue cardboard box. The packet says serves 4 to 6. Our experience at home is if it is served to four then four eats the lot! It’s that good! This product would be fantastic to feed the family over Easter. Give them a go, you won’t be disappointed!”
