This week, the Korpershoek family farm in the North West corner of Tasmania has been working overtime to supply us with our pick of the week, Dutch cream potatoes. This waxy, creamy yellow flesh spud with its renowned buttery flavour, is ideal for a great mash or potato bake. Also try bringing these spuds to the boil to partially cook them, then drain and bake to give you that crispy golden texture with a soft fluffy centre. Representing great value this week, be sure to stock up. They were dug through the week especially for Harris Farm - you can certainly shop with confidence knowing that they are as fresh as can be. Kept in a cool, dark and dry place rest assured they will last.
