Pick of the Week - Sweet Corn

With bright green husks and plump kernels, sweet corn is my pick this week. High in potassium and fibre and very versatile, sweet corn is a family favourite. There are many ways to cook corn - boil, microwave, BBQ or roast. Try tossing in chilli, lime juice and some grated parmesan cheese after barbecuing.

Pick corn with bright green husks and plump kernels.

HOW TO STORE
Store corn in its husk in the crisper section of your fridge for up to 3 days.
