This week I am torn between two great eating vegies - snow peas and broccoli. They’re both in good supply and at bargain prices this week, with snow peas mostly coming from Victoria and at around a third of the price they have been in the past week. Our broccoli is from Tasmania and grown by leading vegie grower, Harvest Moon. HOW TO PICK
Pick snow peas which are bright green in colour with small seeds. Choose broccoli with compact florets that are dark green in colour.
HOW TO STORE
Store both snow peas and broccoli in the crisper drawer of your fridge for up to 5 days.
