Pick of the Week - Cauliflower

Cauliflower has to be my pick this week - it’s eating very well and is great value in all stores. High in vitamins A & C and fibre, it’s also extremely versatile - enjoy it raw, tossed it in salads, steamed, sauteed, stir fried, pureed, roasted or as soup.

HOW TO PICK
Choose cauliflower with tight, creamy white florets.

HOW TO STORE
Store unwashed in a plastic bag in the drawer of your refrigerator for 3-4 days.
