Harris Farm Customer Notices on COVID-19 Cases

IT IS NOW THE LAW THAT MASKS ARE WORN IN PUBLIC INDOOR SPACES

ALBURY:

We have been notified by NSW Health that a confirmed case of COVID-19 was at Milawa Bread within our store on Tuesday 12th October & Wednesday 13th October 8.00am – 4.00pm & Thursday 14th October 8.00am – 10.00am. CCTV footage shows that the Milawa team member who was infected used only the side bakery entrance and had no contact with Harris Farm Markets team members.

In line with public health advice we are taking all necessary steps to protect the health and safety of our team and our customers which is our number one priority.  We have also undertaken a deep clean for additional peace of mind. 

Customers and team members should be assured they can continue to safely shop and work at our Albury market. 

Anyone who visited Milawa bread at our Albury store during the times listed and feels unwell or shows symptoms should get tested.

JANUARY 4, 2020:

The NSW Government has mandated the wearing of face coverings at all times for public indoor areas. This includes all Harris Farm stores.

Compliance of mandatory face coverings whilst visiting us will commence from Monday January 4th, 2021 with $200 on the spot fines for individuals for non-compliance. These fines are issued by local authorities on behalf of the NSW Government under the Public Health Act. Please note that if you are visiting us with children under 12, they are exempt from wearing masks but are encouraged to do so where practicable.

If you haven't brought your own mask, we'd be happy to supply you one on request.

The health and safety of our customers and staff is our first priority, so we appreciate your understanding.

RANDWICK:

We have been notified by NSW Health that a customer with a confirmed case of COVID-19 visited our Randwick store on Tuesday 20th July, 11.05am – 11.30am, Wednesday 21st July 1.20pm – 1.34pm & Friday 23rd July 3.20pm -3.35pm.

In line with public health advice we are taking all necessary steps to protect the health and safety of our team and our customers which is our number one priority.  We have also undertaken a deep clean of the store on Wednesday night for additional peace of mind. 

Customers and team members should be assured they can continue to safely shop and work at our Randwick market. 

Anyone who visited the Randwick store during that time and feels unwell or shows symptoms should get tested.

HOMEBUSH:

Dear Customers,

We were notified by NSW Health that we had a confirmed case of COVID-19 at a warehouse facility.

The facility is not open to the public and the NSW Food Authority has confirmed there is no risk of infection carried by food.

In line with public health advice we are taking all necessary steps to protect the health and safety of our team which is our number one priority. We undertook a deep clean of the facility overnight on the 19th December for additional peace of mind.

Customers should be assured they can continue to safely shop at Harris Farm Markets.

We were notified by NSW Health that a customer with a confirmed case of COVID-19 visited Harris Farm Markets Mona Vale store on Monday December 14th between 11am and 11.10am.

NSW Health has confirmed the risk of infection to customers and our team is low due to the nature of the customers visit.  

In line with public health advice we are taking all necessary steps to protect the health and safety of our team and our customers which is our number one priority. We undertook a deep clean of the store overnight on the 18th December for additional peace of mind.

Customers and team members should be assured they can continue to safely shop and work at our Mona Vale market.  

Anyone who visited the Mona Vale store during that time and feels unwell or shows symptoms should get tested.

NSW Health has confirmed the risk of infection to customers and our team is low due to the nature of the customers visit.  

In line with public health advice we are taking all necessary steps to protect the health and safety of our team and our customers which is our number one priority. We will also undertook a deep clean of the store overnight on the 29th August for additional peace of mind.

Customers and team members should be assured they can continue to safely shop and work at our St Ives market.

We have been notified by NSW Health that a customer with a confirmed case of COVID-19 visited our Willoughby store on Saturday 22nd August between 4pm and 5pm. 

NSW Health has confirmed the risk of infection to customers and our team is low due to the nature of the customer’s visit.  

In line with public health advice we are taking all necessary steps to protect the health and safety of our team and our customers which is our number one priority. 

We will also undertake a deep clean of the store overnight tonight on the 27th August for additional peace of mind. 

NSW Health has checked our Work Safe plans and are satisfied with our current procedures. Customers and team members should be assured they can continue to safely shop and work at our Willoughby market.
