Paper cord or a pre-made wreath base

Christmas bush sprigs

Silver dollar eucalyptus sprigs

Geraldton wax sprigs

Gum nut sprigs

Dried pine cone sprigs

Brown boot polish, optional

Floristry wire

Scissors

Method

Make your wreath base by coiling the paper cord into a circle at your desired wreath size, then use the cord to wrap around the coils to add structure.

If desired, darken the tone of your wreath base you can dabbing it with the boot polish.

Take all your sprigs and lay them out over the wreath base to visualise best placement before wiring them in.

Once you are happy with the design, take lengths of floristry wire and wire your sprigs into place.

Wire or glue on a large bow and any other ornaments or decorations you like, then add a large ribbon to hang your wreath and enjoy.
