For beef, the big one this week is this really awesome scotch fillet steak from Victoria. It is so easy to cook a steak during the week, and given this is week one of the first full week back at school, even the bloke who doesn’t have kids certainly likes easy meal solutions. The traffic gets worse by what seems an insane degree, and the need for simple and tasty as we ease back into the norm really is a way of limiting the stress.
 
In chicken we go hard again at the spare ribs - these are simply awesome and you have to try them. Once you have done them once you won’t look back! These will be a hit anytime you are entertaining or need an easy convenient snack.

Our lamb offer this week is pretty sweet... literally being the sweet cut of the leg, the cap on rumps. Now they are fattier at this time of year, and that is reflected in the hot price. If you don’t want the fat simply rip it off and you have a very lean lamb easy roast ready in 15 mins.

The other corker this week is the new Galloni Parma Prosciutto. Stunning with the melons on a hot arvo, I really think the flavour is very unique and well worth trying.
