With Australia Day tomorrow, our key product for this week is of course the lamb. When you think Australia Day, you sort of either do lamb on the BBQ, or you kind of feel like a bit of an outcast. So to help make this really simple for you, we have some absolutely beautiful Butterflied Lamb Legs out of a really top lamb producing area in South Australia called Lobethal. I think you will be super impressed with these and they are so easy to cook on the Webber or the old gas burner!
If you’re a bit like me and feel a BBQ lacks without the addition of a snag, we have our new range of products out called The Sausage Co with 4 different flavour varieties. I think this will really make Australia Day feel complete. To add to this or just a really cheap and convenient summer meal, there is some beautiful grass-fed yearling beef rump steak from the Gippsland region of Victoria.
For some chicken, we are doing one of my favourites and this is the fresh chicken thigh fillet. There are also 2 bacon lines on special this week with the major one being the Pialligo Estate Short Cut Bacon – and check out the new packaging, it really adds an amazing lift to the product.
