All the livestock markets were closed for the past couple of weeks so it will be a light week for the meat section this week. Whilst we only have a couple of key products on special, I think they are great and you will be very happy with what we have on offer.
First up, we have done something a little different to start the year off. This is something different because they are a spot on plate size if you slice these up. We have half grass fed yearling rumps, which I think at the 3 – 3.5kg size is great for entertaining and BBQ’s over the coming weeks. Simply cut steaks to your desired thickness and use small face as your guide.
