We’ll have a cracking special this week with Standing Yearling Beef Rib Roasts on offer. We haven’t been able to get these for some time, but a nice way to get them back into the fold, as a special where you can put them away in the fridge and have a spectacular beef roast over the Christy period. Now if you don’t want that, but love the impact of a great on the bone steak, simply cut these into cattleman’s cutlets and cook over the wood fire. They will be spectacular either way and my tip is this is probably the last time for the next few years we see it at this fantastic price.

We are also going to roll straight into another week of the sensational mince promotion we are having great success with. It’s still important to get some super value into the mix and a pack of mince on special is a super way to feed the family whilst being healthy and sticking to a budget.

Now being the last major week of promotions before we run shy of room and hams take over – the key is a super Christmas deal on a roasting pork line, and I think you’ll agree we have nailed it. Boned and Rolled Pork Leg Roasts… so cheap, so good to eat, really no better way to indulge than with this super roasting joint.

For those needing to do some entertaining in this month, you’re being looked after with the 2kg Fresh Chicken Wings at silly prices. I was lucky enough to catch up with my family yesterday for a great long lunch to celebrate some pretty big news and at this time of year with everyone getting over excited and blinded by all the things we need to get done, we do often forget the simple things, I said to mum, “what is the go to this time of year when you have friends coming over for a quick lunch?” Her short response was super: quiche and asparagus salad. Reminded me how much I hated asparagus as a kid, and how easy quiche is. What do you need in quiche? Bacon. We’ll also look after you on that this week.

We finally got San Daniele delivered to Oz, just in time for the busy period.
