Choice Cuts - 23.06.15

What we have this week is a great mix of products. To start off, we have some pretty awesome little under 2kg Cube Rolls. The key to this is it is perfect as a quick cooking roast, cut into steaks for the BBQ, or even done whole on the BBQ to get the smoky flavour through it, then finished in the oven. It doesn’t really matter which way you do it, they are super soft, and will eat exceptionally well.

Our lamb offer this week is red hot. Racks of lamb are sensational roasting in winter cooked to medium rare and some roasted parsnips and yummy brussel sprouts is a pretty special feed. The chicken special this week is the customer favourite chicken breast fillets.  Breast is made so much tastier wrapped in prosciutto and baked, hence we have the excellent Serrano on special as well at a very good price.

Another winter favourite is pork hocks. People love making soup, me included, and hocks make the most sensational broth to work with. To round out our offer, the exceptionally popular pork fillet will also be on special.
