With the warmer weather coming, this week is really the start of BBQ season. I’m sure you’re looking for an awesome accompaniment with your steak and I would recommend Michael’s Bearnaise Sauce. Béarnaise goes sensationally well with a little grass fed sirloin which is a top-notch product, southern stock from Gippsland and surrounds in Victoria. Just BBQ and a put out a corn salad, or a baked spud - basic but satisfaction guaranteed.

We continue to celebrate all things spring and outdoors with our Twin Pack Spring Lamb Rumps. Just create a basic marinate with lemon, garlic, herbs and olive oil, put a low heat grill on and let these little lamb rumps do it themselves. Nice leafy salad with it - I love this time of year.

We also have fresh chicken breast fillets – which if sliced into schnitty thickness and  covered with a panko crumb is a nice light meal. The pork tenderloins are excellent as well for a multitude of cooking methods.
