Choice Cuts - 16.06.15

What a sensational week coming up. To kick off this week we have the awesome little boneless pork loin roasts –They are a great size and eat exceptionally well.

For lamb we have a the hugely popular twin pack lamb rumps at a super strong price. These are so quick and easy to prepare – I myself do a quick lemon and smashed garlic mix with olive oil and marinade them for the day then come home and stick them in the oven for 20 minutes, steam some vege’s and bang, a super quick tasty meal done in minutes.

The beef line this week couldn’t have a more winter feel to it, so I am thrilled we can do it at a fantastic price. The product is yearling standing rib roasts. These 3 rib roasts are simply excellent to roast, and have a rich flavour, make sure you keep the pan juices to make some gravy with! The other option of course is if it’s a warm night, simply slice down the bone and turn these into rib eye steaks – and cook them over a flame, it is a brilliant way to eat steak. Either option definitely requires a bottle of your favourite red from the cellar.

For those looking for a super lean option, my favourite chicken fillet, the thigh is at a great price. In the deli 250g short cut bacon and a new black pudding product are our deals of the week, these are sure to excite many who enjoy a hearty breakfast!
