Another cracking week coming up, and what would seem like a heatwave continuing. We will run the butterflied lamb legs into this week as well.
Outside of that we have an amazing mix at sensational prices. Some really nice sized Grass Fed Bolar Blade Roasts out of Victoria make a nice easy meal and is perfect for roast beef sandwiches. An old trick my old chook taught me with a roast joint of beef is one of those packet French onion soups in the powder format are a great way to enhance the flavour and add a different twist to a simple tasty roast beef.
We also have a great price on a mix of Free Range and core range pork. Who would not love the tender juicy pork belly? Great value and super flavour. Got a couple of The Sausage Co snags, which are an exclusive line to Harris Farm. Give them a go, they are a really nicely ground product that has the great crunch you want in a snag off the BBQ. These are best cooked slowly.
There is a great deal on twin packed size 8 whole chickens. These are brilliant cut into a Portuguese style flat bird and then marinaded with fresh herb and cooked over a flame or a medium heat in the oven. In the pre-packed deli we have a 250g short cut bacon and an exceptional deal on imported Serrano Prosciutto.
