Spaghetti Squash
Ingredients
- 1 spaghetti squash
- Your favourite sauce
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and halve squash lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out and remove seeds from the middle of each half.
- Place squash, cut sides down into a dish. Pour 1/2 cup water into the dish and bake for 30 minutes until just tender.
- Rake a fork back and forth across the squash to remove its flesh in strands…like spaghetti!
- Serve with your favourite pasta sauce.
