Pick of the Week - Red Crimson Seedless Grapes

Red Crimson seedless grapes from Sunraysia are my pick this week. Red grapes are currently the only variety of grape that are freshly picked meaning they’ll be crisper and keep longer than other varieties at this time of year. They’re low GI make them a great source of long-lasting energy and a perfect pick-me-up when you’re peckish - a good source of fibre, vitamin C and potassium. Great packed into the kids lunch boxes, in salads or desserts, or as part of a cheese platter.

HOW TO PICK
Choose grapes that are plump, full-coloured and firmly attached to their stems.

HOW TO STORE
Store unwashed grapes in an airtight container or in a sealed plastic bag in the fridge. For longer lasting grapes, wash only just before serving.
